WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If an item you have received is defective, we will be glad to assist you with processing a refund. - Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags. Products returned must have all original tags attached.
- Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise with original packaging and tags affixed, may be returned for refund to original tender, less any shipping paid.
- AS by DF must be contacted within 7 calendar days after receipt of product (receipt date of product is determined based on tracking provided by shipping carrier,) for a Return Authorization number.
- Once the Return Authorization number is issued, the product must be received by AS by DF within 7 calendar days; AS by DF will not accept merchandise after 7 calendar days from date the Return Authorization number is issued.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.
- Refund value is determined by the purchase price of the item.
- All merchandise sold on sale is final sale, and cannot be returned unless item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Returns will only be accepted with a printed Return Authorization form. (please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift certificates (gift certificates do not have a cash value).
Can I return an AS by DF product that I ordered from another retailer?
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from the www.asbydf.com website. If you ordered a product from another retailer, you may contact our Product / Warranty Support team – (US) 1-800-438-2577 / (INT) +1-310-891-0222, or email@example.com.
Where do I ship my return?
If you would like to make a return, please contact Customer Service to request a Return Form. The return address, along with directions, will be provided with the Return Form upon issuance. Please include the Return Form within the returned shipment. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Form. AS by DF is excited to offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of payment depending on the availability of goods (The shipping warehouse is closed on weekends and Holidays).

*Same Day Shipping: AS by DF does not guarantee same day shipments.
Expedited Shipping: For same day shipping, order must be placed prior to 12:00pm PST Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will not ship out same day. AS by DF does not offer Next-Day Air shipments. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may extend the processing time of your order. AS by DF utilizes the US Postal Service for international parcel delivery for a flat rate of $25. Transit times can vary, but are generally 7-14 days to the handover to your local post office or parcel delivery service.
Please note that the receiver of the shipment is obliged to pay any associated Duty and VAT. Your local government may contact you for payment prior to receiving the package. Local duties, VAT or taxes are not paid at checkout. These costs are set by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient to pay. You will be contacted by your local government with these fees once it has arrived in their offices. Please be sure to include the proper phone number and email address during checkout to ensure your local government can get hold of you for any further processing once the shipment arrives in your country.
Please note that we cannot alter packing slips or mark exported items as a gift. We cannot offer a refund on any packages abandoned for unpaid customs charges and in the case of a return please be aware that the shipment back to AS by DF will be the responsibility of the customer.
